Shipping & Returns
All Tigercub A3 prints are shipped in a strong tube for maximum protection. A4 & A5 prints will be shipped in a rigid-backed envelope worldwide.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days and will inform you of any unexpected delays. We offer free Royal mail 2nd Class shipping on all UK orders and a flat rate of £7 for Royal Mail standard air mail for all international orders.

All of our prints come in at least one of three sizes A5, A4 and A3.

All of our prints have been professionally printed on quality heavyweight paper with a lovely smooth finish.
If you would like to send a gift to someone, we are more than happy to post these directly to them, gift wrapped with a handwritten message on a post card with your personalised message at no extra cost. Just message us when placing your order.
We aim to dispatch our orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery for our customers, so we cannot guarantee cancelations will be accepted. If you would like to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as quickly as possible and if the orders are still waiting to be dispatched then we will let you know if we are able to process a refund. If the order has already been dispatched then unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. This includes shipping address changes, auto-fill setting issues or incomplete addresses.
Due to the delicacy of our prints and our exceptionally high standards of what we consider a sellable print, we cannot, under any circumstance, offer a refund or exchange. This is because prints often arrive back to Tigercub HQ damaged due to inadequate packing. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order or it arrived damaged in transit, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss here.
Please note that additional import tax may be included if ordering from outside the UK. Tigercub Prints cannot be held responsible for any additional import tax charges resulting for ordering from our website. You will be responsible for paying any outstanding import tax on arrival. If goods are refused, or the release bill is not paid, we will not be providing refunds on orders. Any returned orders will require an additional postage charge for re-posting.
Expedited delivery is available for UK orders. There is an additional £2 fee for first class UK delivery which can be selected during checkout.
