Due to the delicacy of our prints and our exceptionally high standards of what we consider a sellable print, we cannot, under any circumstance, offer a refund or exchange. This is because prints often arrive back to Tigercub HQ damaged due to inadequate packing. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order or it arrived damaged in transit, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss
